M365 EES Support Services - Annual (Student)

Services Summary

• QBSS shall deliver Tier 1 & Tier 2 post sales break fix support services for Microsoft M365 licensing for educational sector.
• The services will be delivered to Faculity only or Faculity & Students basis the SKU purchased by the customer
• QBSS shall also manage any escalations into Microsoft with customers existing support contract with Microsoft.
• The support services will be delivered 24*7*365 in English, with Omnichannel experience.
• The support will cover all products covered in M365 license bundle E.G (Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD etc.)

Prerequisites

• The customer must have active Microsoft tenant with active Microsoft Educational licenses
• The customer must have a active Tier 3 Escalation contract with Microsoft
• The customer will provide Quatrro Global Admin or equivalent access to their Microsoft tenant for support & management
